In case you haven’t heard, Michael from https://mindlovemiserysmenagerie.wordpress.com/ has decided to relinquish his Sunday Writing Prompt after six wonderful years. He will truly be missed.
I say this with a happy twinge in my heart because he has entrusted me to take over his popular challenge. I am thrilled! I already have a ton of ideas, and will do everything I can to uphold the legacy.
This is Michael’s final Sunday Writing Prompt challenge, and I channeled my hope for the future in my submission.
Michael has done us proud, and I intend put my everything into continuing this challenge with equivalent gusto and grace. Thank you, Michael, for this opportunity. I will not let you down!
My Submission 🙂
At the end of the road, a new path carves into the brush; not beaten, not trampled, barely sniffed out.
Lush foliage, ripe for the picking.
Trees whispering,
Wind wailing!
Sticks and stones, not meant to break bones, offer texture and a unique experience for your feet.
Perhaps you’ll discover a babbling brook, a bird’s nest, or a hollow where a fox might reside.
Close your eyes and breathe in the fresh air.Â

Looking forward to your challenges Sara
