  • The Story must be between 50 and 250 words, in 50 word increments. (so 50, 100, 150, 200 or 250 words)
  • Link back to this post with the tag 50WordThurs so that everyone can find it, or post your response in the comments below. https://debbiewhittam.wordpress.com/2021/02/12/50-word-thursday-110/

The Words:

“Some days expand, Mona thought; their seams stretch and they hold more than a day’s worth of time.” – This Must Be The Place – Kate Racculia

My Submission, 50 words 🙂

Some days expand, Mona thought. Their seams stretch and they hold more than a day’s worth of timeAlternatively, some are too short: the final moments with a loved one, that perfect afternoon at the beach, a dance in your lover’s armsRarely, does time offer exactly what you require.
