My Submission 🙂
He was atypical, not the kind of guy she’d usually go for. He drank almond milk lattes, wore ankle socks and sandals, and avoided eye contact. But, conversations were never arduous. He had a specific view on life, a unique angle, which she found charming. As if she’d said abracadabra, the perfect-for-her man came into her life; a little quirky, somewhat odd, but always kind and never an inkling of artifice. She would agonize when he wasn’t around, and seeing other men in ankle socks and sandals would always amplify just how much she missed him. He was not her typical type, but that was what she adored most.
