She’d always fancied herself an artist. Not only could she sing, but she wrote songs she felt were worthy of worldwide attention.

When the concert ended and the audience departed, she paused her clean-up and grabbed the microphone. Belting her greatest hit, she imagined the audience was still there, cheering and singing along.

What she didn’t know was the headliner stood in the wings, watching and listening.

When she finished, he took her aside and gave her the greatest offer of her life. β€œYou are brilliant. I would love if you opened for me during the rest of my tour.”
