The words:

My Submission 🙂
She was so beautiful. I watched her from the window with an unnatural obsession; the way her hips swayed like a metronome when she walked, her narrow nose, how her perfectly sculpted toenails licked the asphalt. I tried to keep it a secret from my family, but their jealousy was evident. I’d bite my lip, never feeling obliged to inform them that I’d finally found someone who evoked such a sense of passion in me I could barely contain myself. But, they knew. I offered multiple gestures of apologia, which all fell on def ears. They kept me inside, only allowing me into the backyard when I was especially insistent. Finally, I decided my yearning, my love for her was not up for contestation. I am a man, and men have needs that surpass what my family could offer. At first chance, I jumped the fence and approached my beauty, my love. But, the moment I did, her owner tugged on her leash and swatted me away.

oh, so sad!! I’ve done a couple like this too, one from Maggie’s point of view (the dog was more interested in chasing a golf ball)! Fun take.
