Inspired by the word prompt, Warrior. Original link below ๐Ÿ™‚

I am a warrior, though I do not own a sword nor horse. I fight a daily battle, equipt with baby bottles, patience, and a high tolerance for all things smelly and squishy.

My armour is strong as steel, but consists of a smile while Iโ€™m screaming inside, a hug when all I want to do is run, a snuggle when Iโ€™m dying to sleep.

Although I fight a daily battle, I always arrive victorious. My reward coming by way of a simple, โ€œLove you, Mommyโ€.

  1. Brimming with tears as I read this post. You immediately went to the heart of a warrior in few words. We do arrive victorious. You wear the armour and live the life of your words. You are a true warrior, Sara. โค๏ธ
