Daily Prompts – Just Listen

You are fully capable

I know it will be tough

To lend an ear

When you have so much to say

But, I need you to hear me right now

My issues might seem mundane, ridiculous, hysterical even

But tow your ego to shore

And just listen

My vane is moving too fast

Propelled by the weight of your wind

Pause, please

Just for a moment

I need to get this off my chest

Inspired by the word prompts,

YDWP;

Capable

3TC;

Tow, Ear, Vane

FOWC;

Hysterical

RDP;

Tough
