Share Your World – Sure, Why Not!

Which meal is your favorite: breakfast, lunch, or dinner?

Yes, yes, and YES! But first, let’s break this into manageable, bite-sized pieces.

I love breakfast. Most important meal of the day? …meh. Most delicious meal? Depends. If I’m ordering from a restaurant, I’ll ALWAYS get the skillet…eggs, veg, hash browns, sausages, bacon, holidays. Whole meal deal. Anything less is unworthy of being considered, my favorite.

If breakfast was sufficient enough, I’ll still be digesting by lunch.

On to dinner. My hubby fancies himself a chef. “Everything is better with a bit of butter.” Or, a chunk! Fat is flavor, after all. Every meal he creates is “restaurant worthy”, so dinner is a strong contender.

Who do you admire most in the world?

Easy, my parents. I could write for two weeks straight about why they are basically my heroes and favorite people, next to my kids.

With the obvious restrictions in place, what do you regret not doing in the last year?

This disappointment is actually from the weekend we just passed. Every year, we head to the pumpkin patch. We took our first pregnancy announcement photo there, then a follow-up photo with our one-year-old. I wanted to take another, with our two-year-old and his new little brother. However, because of Covid, we needed to book our tickets in advance. Found this out too late and missed our chance.

Thank you, Melanie, for your interest in my world!

  1. Thank you Sara for Sharing Your World! It sounds like you are blessed with good food in your life, congratulations! A husband who cooks, and better still, cooks well is a treasure! I’m sorry the photo opportunity was lost, but C-19 has been responsible for a lot of disappointment this year. I hope you can get a photo next year because things have calmed down. Have a wonderful week!

  2. Only downside to a hubby who cooks…I’ve gained about 20lbs lol We’re still going to try to find a pumpkin patch to visit before the season is over, so hopefully we’ll get our photo. Thanks for your kind comments, Melanie 🙂
